Shelly's Recipe

* PORK CHOP AND HASH BROWN CASSEROLE* - Easy

1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (24 oz) pkg frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
1 (3 oz) can French fried onions
6 pork chops
1 tbsp oil

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Add half the cheese, potatoes and half the French fried onions. Mix well. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish.

Brown pork chops in oil in skillet. Arrange over potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
