MARINATED PORK CHOPS WITH RED SAUCE

Marinade
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp dark molasses
6 thick pork chops

Red sauce
1 cup soy sauce
14 oz ketchup
12 oz chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp dried mustard

Mix marinade ingredients in a resealable bag; add chops and marinate overnight. Discard chops and place in a casserole and cover tightly. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.

Sauce: Mix ingredients together and simmer. Dip cooked chops and return to baking pan. Bake, covered, at 325, until slightly glazed or grilled about 15 minutes. Serves 6
