OVEN STEW

1 lb uncooked round or chuck steak, cut into thin strips
6 small red potatoes, quartered
1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
6 carrots, peeled and sliced (or one lb mini carrots)
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef broth
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp steak seasoning of your choice

Combine first 6 ingredients in a 13x9 baking dish.

In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients with a whisk. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover dish with foil.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil, stir well, and replace foil. Bake 20 more minutes. Serves 6
