MARINATED GREEK PORK

1/2 cup olive oil and lemon juice
1/4 cup grape juice and red wine vinegar
6 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 bay leaves, crumbled
2 lb boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, sliced

For marinade, combine first 10 ingredients. Place pork in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Separate onion rings. Place on top of meat. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Drain and reserve marinade.

Thread meat on metal skewers; grill or broil. In a saucepan, heat the reserved marinade to a boil and frequently baste meat after it is partially cook. Serves 6 Note: Good served over Lemon Rice.
