1/4 cup butter
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 large potatoes, quartered
2 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb crab meat
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 cup half-and-half

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute celery and onions. Add potatoes and broth and cook until potatoes are done. Mash in the broth until they are small lumps. Blend in remaining ingredients except half-and-half. Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in half-and-half.
