SKILLET MUSHROOMS

2 tsp olive oil
8 cups sliced or small whole mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

In large, nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Add mushrooms. Cook over medium-high heat for 7 minutes, or until mushrooms release liquid, stirring occasionally.

Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently. Serves 4
