Shelly's Recipe

* IMPOSSIBLE BUTTERMILK PIE*

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup baking mix
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a pie plate. Beat ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool. Serve with fresh fruit.
