ALASKAN H ALIBUT MARINADE

2 cups orange juice
1 cup olive oil
4 oz sugar
2 oz soy sauce
2 oz garlic, minced
1 oz cumin and chili powder
1 bunch cilantro

Combine ingredients and season to taste. marinade fish about 4 hours before grilling or sauting.
