AIOLI CHICKEN MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup soy sauce and mayonnaise
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice and water
2 tsp oregano
2 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 tsp pepper

Combine in a resealable bag and add about 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast and marinate about 2 hours. Discard marinade.

NOTE: I like to cube and thread on skewers before grilling.
