BAKED ARTICHOKE AND SHRIMP SPREAD

8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (13 ox) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
Salt, to taste
1/8 tsp grated lemon rind
2 drops hot sauce

Crusty French bread slices or crackers

Preheat oven to 400. Finely chop shrimp and artichoke hearts and place in a medium bowl.

Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a shallow baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until mixture is heated through and bubbly. Serve heat with bread or crackers.
