RIB RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

2 tbsp chili powder, sugar and brown sugar
1 tbsp salt, garlic powder, cracked pepper and cayenne pepper
4 tbsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Mix ingredients and rub the rib the night before brilling.

NOTE: When grilling, add bbq sauce the last 10-20 minutes of cooking.
