RED DEVIL BAR-B-CUE RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1/4 cup Dijon mustard with seeds
2 tsp Olive oil
1/4 cup finely slivered fresh basil
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Good for beef, poultry, pork or fish; use approximately 1 hour before grilling.
