HAM TETRAZZINI

2 (7 oz) pkg thin spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
1/4 cup butter
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
6 green onions, copped
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 tbsp flour
2 cups half-and-half or whipping cream
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups chopped cooked ham
While pasta is cooking, melt butter into a skillet and saute vegetables and minced garlic; saute 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper.
Whisk in flour gradually until blended. Gradually whisk in half-and-half until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese until melted; stir in half and pasta. Pour mixture into lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes Serves 6 to 8
