CREAMY TURKEY AND POTATO CASSEROLE

1 (2 lb) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 pint sour cream
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup chopped onion and red or green bell pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 cups cooked chicken or turkey
Salt, pepper, Greek seasoning mix and garlic powder, to taste

Topping
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2-4 tbsp melted butter


Comibne ingredients and place into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350, uncovered, for about 1 hour. Serves 12
