PEPPER HERB RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano, onon powder and lemon pepper
1/4 tsp rubbed sage

Combine; mix well.

Use to season beef steaks or roasts.

Makes enought for 2 lb beef.
