MEMPHIS RIB RUB

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground basil
1 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 tbsp black pepper

Combine ingredients and rub onto ribs. Cook ribs over hickory coals at 190-200 degrees for 4-5 hours. 15 minutes before serving coat ribs with heated honey.
