6 tbsp butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups seafood of choice (firm fish, shrimp, lobster, crab, etc.), cut into large pieces
1/2 cup green pepper and pimiento, chopped
Buttered toast

Saute mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Gently stir in seafood, pepper and pimiento. Serve on buttered toast. Serves 4
