TURKEY SALAD

3 green apples
3 red Delicious apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 stalks celery, diced
3 cup cooked turkey cubed
1/4 cup raisins
2/3 cup poppy seed dressing
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and cut apples into chunks, toss with lemon juice. Mix celery, raisins, and turkey and add to apples. Add dressing and gently stir into apple mixture. Add walnuts and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
