FIESTA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 tbsp chopped avocado
1 tbsp chopped ripe olives

Place cream cheese on a serving plate with a shallow rim. Mix salsa and preserves together and pour over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and serve with crackers.
