BAKED BEEFY MACARONI CASSEROLE

1 to 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medum can Italian-style stew tomatoes
Salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, to taste
1 can Italian herb or regular tomato soup
3 cups cooked macaroni
Grated Italian cheese blend or cheddar cheese blend
Bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Brown first 3 ingredients; drain. Add to ground beef mixture next tomatoes, seasonings, soup and macaroni. Pour into a casserole dish in layers with cheese. Sprinkle top with cheese. Mix together bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes.
