HAZELNUT PIE

Category: Pie - Nut

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Blend first 6 ingredients until well blended. Stir in hazelnuts. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
