CREAM CHEESE SHRIMP SPREAD

6 oz salad shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Several dashes hot sauce
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup cocktail sauce
1 tbsp capers, drained

Slightly mash shrimp with fork. Add next 3 ingredients and blend well. Add cream cheese and cocktail sauce; blend. Carefully fold in capers. Chill overnight in covered container. Serve with crackers.
