SNICKERS BUNDT CAKE

Cake
3 1/2 cups cake flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour cream

Filling
1/4 cup butter
5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup dry roasted salted peanuts, chopped

Glaze
4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp butter
Miniature Snickers bars, sliced

CAKE: Heat oven to 350. Butter and flour Bundt pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda, set aside. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs beating until combined. Beat in vanilla. Beat in flour mixture until combined. Beat in sour cream.

FILLING: Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Stir in peanuts. Cool 5 min. Spread 4 cups batter in pan. Spoon filling in ring in center of batter. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Bake 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan. Remove from pan.

GLAZE: In microwave bowl melt butter and chocolate in microwave on high in 30 second intervals until smooth. Pour over cake. Garnish with candy bar slices.
