HAMBURGER SOUP - Crock Pot

1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp pepper, seasoned salt, dried oregano and basil
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
3 cups boiling water
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup sliced celery and carrots
1 cup macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Crumble meat in crock pot. Add seasonings and soup mix. Mix in next 5 ingredients. Cover and cool on low 6-8 hours. Turn control on high. Add macaroni and cheese. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. Serve hot. Serves 5-6
