TACO BEEF AND PASTA CASSEROLE

1 (6 oz) pkg rotini, cooked al dente, drained
1 lb beef round tip steak, cut into 1 inch wide strips.
1 taco seasoning mix
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (16 oz) jar chunky salsa
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water

While pasta is cooking, combine beef and nex 3 ingredients, tossing to coat meat. Heat a skillet and stir-fry meat for 1 minute or until outside surface is no longer pink. (Do not overcook.) Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon.

In same skilletc combine drained pasta, salsa, beans and water; cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet; stir to combine and heat meat through. Serves 4
