PICNIC POTLUCK CASSEROLE

1 (12 oz) pkg macaroni, cooked and drained
3 medium onions, chopped
2 lbs ground beef
4 cans undiluted tomato soup
1 (9.3 oz) can corn niblets, drained
1 (6 oz) can pitted black olives, save 1/2 the liquid
1 (4.5 oz) can mushrooms with liquid
Salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, to taste
Parmesan cheese

Cook beef and onions and drain. Add next 3 ingredients, reserved olive liquid and mushrooms with liquid. Stir in cooked macaroni and season to taste. Simmer at least 30 minutes on low heat. Stir carefully. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Serves 15-20
