STUFFED HAMBURGERS

2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg stuffing mix
1 can French onion soup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Prepare stuffing according to pkg directions. Mix the meat, milk, onion, salt and pepper together. Shape into 8 patties.

Place 2 heaping tbsp of stuffing on 4 patties and cover remaining patties. Seal sides together. Place the stuffed burgers in an oven pan and pour soup evenly over the patties. Bake at 375 until done.
