1 1/4 lb beef stew meat
4 potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 4ths
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (28 oz) can baked beans in bbq sauce
Layer ingredients in order listed. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beef is tender. Serves 6
