SPICY OLE DIP MIX

1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup dehydrated minced onion
1/4 cup dried chives
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ancho chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground black pepper
In a large bowl, combine dried parsley flakes and remaining ingredients. Spoon mix into airtight containers.

To serve, combine 3 tbsp Spicy Ole Dip Mix with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 gift mixes
