FROZEN STRIPED MOUSSE - Easy

1 (3.9-oz) pkg instant chocolate-flavored pudding mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
2 cups milk, divided
1 (3.3-oz) pkg instant white-chocolate-flavored pudding mix
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
Garnish: finely chopped pecans, chocolate sauce

In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened.

In each of 8 (7-oz) paper cups, spoon 2 tbsp chocolate mixture. Sprinkle each evenly with 1 tbsp pecans. Top each with 2 tbsp white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle each with pecans. Repeat procedure with remaining chocolate mixture, white chocolate mixture, and pecans. Cover, and freeze for 8 hours. To serve, invert cups onto a serving plate, and gently peel back paper cup. Garnish plate with chopped pecans and chocolate sauce, if desired.
