FROZEN STRAWBERRY COOKIE PIE - Easy

2 Graham cracker pie crusts
3 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
3/4 cups sliced strawberries
6 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped

Mix ice cream with strawberries and cookie crumbs. Pour filling into pie shells; cover and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before slicing.
