APPETIZER PUFFS WITH SHRIMP FILLING

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
7 oz shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Seasoned salt, to taste
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Grated parmesan cheese

Puff ShellsL Boil the water, add the butter or margarine until melted. Add all at once, the flour, cheese and salt. Beat well until ball forms or dough sticks together. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

Stir together the rest of the ingredients to make the shrimp filling. Slice top off baked puff. Fill with shrimp filling.
