CHOCOLATE SNOWBALLS III

1/2 lb butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
15 oz bag Hershey kisses
1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Cream butter in a large bowl. Beat in sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add flour and pecans, mix well. Chill dough, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove foil from 15 kisses. Shape dough around kiss using 1 tsp per kiss.

Bake 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet until set, but NOT brown. While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Stored in covered container.
