HOT AND SPICY CRAB SALAD OPEN FACED SANDWICHES

3/4 lb crabmeat
11 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Baguette, cut into 4 pieces and halved

Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and spoon mixture onto baguette halves. Broil in oven, on lowest rack, until cheese is melted and top is starting to brown. Serves 4
