CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS I

1/2 cup flaked crab meat
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup onion -- finely chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
12 large whole mushroom caps

Remove stems from mushroom caps and finely chop. Sauté stems in butter in skillet until soft. Stir in onion, crab, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Place mushrooms on broiler pan and broil for 10 minutes or until stuffing begin to brown.
