SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
3/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
3 shallots, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest, minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon
Bagel chips

Blend first 7 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Fold in herbs. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with bagel chips.
