SPAGHETTI WITH BACON AND OLIVE OIL

1 (16 oz) pkg spaghetti
8-10 slices bacon
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Cook the spaghetti according to the pkg directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon and drain on paper towels. Drain most of the fat out of the pan, but leave any remaining bacon bits. Crumble the bacon slices.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds. Pour the spaghetti in the pan and add the crumbled bacon, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the spaghetti. Add salt to taste. Serves 4-6
