SOUTHWESTERN GRILLED CHICKEN AND SHRIMP PASTA

1/4 tsp poultry seasoning and cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ground white pepper and onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
1/2 pint heavy cream and milk
1 lb linguine, cooked al dente
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 oz shrimp
3 tbsp grated romano cheese
In a small bowl, mix spices together and divide in half. In a small skillet, melt butter. Add cream, milk and 1/2 of spice mixture. Stir together and let thicken and reduce into sauce and set aside. Preheat grill to high heat.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add wine and chicken; saute with remaining half of spice mixture about 8-10 minutes on each or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly oil grill grates. Place shrimp on hot grill and cook 3-4 minutes. Serve each chicken breast on a bed of pasta, topped with shrimp and cream sauce. Garnish with cheese. Serves 4
