MINTY GRASSHOPPER COOKIE PIE

1 chocolate pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp green creme de menthe and white creme de cacao
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
16 Keebler grasshopper cookies, coarsely crushed
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Green Food Coloring, optional

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in both liqueurs and vanilla. Add crushed cookies, fold in whipped topping and food coloring. Pour into pie crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish as desired. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.

NOTE: I chill the filling about 20 minutes and then pour into crust and freeze at least 4 hour and serve when set.
