CHEESY GARDEN SPREAD - Easy

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg dry onion or vegetable soup mix
1/4 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sautéed Portobello mushrooms,

Blend together in a bowl and chill. Serve on slices of French bread.
