Shelly's Recipe

* IMPOSSIBLE PIE*

4 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cans coconut

Mix together ingredients and pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
