RED WINE MARINADE for Beef

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel and sugar
1/4 tsp EACH pepper, dried thyme, dried tarragon, rosemary, oregano and sage
1 tbsp chili powder
1/3 cup red wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 finely chopped shallots
2 large cloves garlic, minced

Whisk together ingredients. Place desired beef in a resealable bag. Pour marinade in; seal bag and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.

Drain marinade and grill beef as desired.
