SPINACH AND POTATO CASSEROLE

1 tbsp olive oil and butter
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
Pepper
5-6 large potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp paprika

Boil potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet heat oil and butter. Add garlic and saute until just fragrant. Add spinach and saute until wilted, but not soft. Stir in lots of pepper. Spread potatoes in a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover with sauteed spinach, cheeses and paprika. Bake 20-25 minutes until hot and cheese have melted.
