CHOCOLATE SEVEN LAYER BARS

3/4 cup butter, melted
16 chocolate sandwich cream filled cookies, crushed
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 bag EACH milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and skor chips
3/4 cup shredded coconut
2 1/4 oz almonds
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Melt butter and pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix cookie and graham cracker crumbs together, sprinkle and then press into the pan of butter. Lay remaining ingredients, drizzling the milk on top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
VARIATION: Follow directions as above but substitute: 1st layer: Use 1 1/2 cups finely crushed pretzels instead of cookie and graham cracker crumbs. 2nd layer: Use 4 (4 oz) bars unsweetened baking chocolate instead of chips and melt this with the condensed milk. 3rd layer: coconut. 4th layer: 2 cups miniature marshmallows. 5th layer: 1 cup chopped pecans instead of almonds. Press these layers firmly into the chocolate layer. Final layer after bars have been baked: 4 (4 oz) bars semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted with 1 tbsp shortening. Refrigerate until glaze is set, about 15 minutes. Then cut into bars.
