3 cucumbers, shredded and drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 large pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad dressing mix
MIx together cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix. FOld in cucumbers. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Serve with mini rye bread or crackers.
