DEVILED ROLL SPREAD

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup creamy cottage cheese
1 envelope Good Seasons Parmesan cheese salad dressing mix
1/4 cup parsley
2 can deviled ham
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Flatten cheese and salad dressing mix on wax paper. Spread ham on top. Roll into jelly- roll fashion. Put parsley 1 inch from edge on long side (so it rolls into roll. Press parsley and nuts on outside roll. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving

Cut into thin slices and serve with thin toasted bread slices or crackers.

NOTE: This freezes really well.
