3 lbs potatoes, cooked, peeled, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
12 slices bacon, diced and fried crips
6 tbsp reserved bacon grees
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup minus 2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp sugar and salt
1/4 pepper
Heat drippings in skillet; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in next 4 ingredients and heat to boiling. Mix in bacon. Pour over hot potatoes in serving dish. Toss to coat. Garnish with paprika and parsley. Serve hot.
