ORANGE OVEN FRENCH TOAST

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
16 slices of whole wheat or white bread

Orange Honey Butter, recipe follows

Heat oven 400. In small bowl, combine margarine, honey and 2 tsp cinnamon: mix well. Pour mixture evenly into 2 ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking sheets.

In medium bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add milk, orange juice, sugar, orange peel, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon: mix well. Dip bread in egg mixture. Place on margarine mixture in pans. Pour any remaining egg mixture over bread. (**I usually make this the night before. At this point, bread can be covered and refrigerated overnight. Uncover and bake.) Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through baking Arrange on platter. Serve with Orange Honey Butter.

Orange Honey Butter
1/2 cup margarine or butter softened
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp grated orange peel

Beat at high speed until light and creamy. Serve in orange shell.
