PORK TENDERLOIN WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloins
1/4 cup soy sauce and bourbon or apple juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup sour cream and mayonnaise
1 tbsp dry mustard and minced onion
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar

Prick tenderloin several times with a fork. Combine next 3 ingredients in a resealable baggie and add tenderloins. Seal and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature or chill 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.

Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350-400 degrees) for 12 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer inserted registers 155. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Stir together sour cream and next 4 ingredients; serve with pork.

NOTE: Tenderloins can be baked at 500 for 20-25 minutes instead of grilled.
