ROAST PORK WITH DIJON MUSTARD SAUCE

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dry white wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins

Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl, mix together the first 3 ingredients. Put the tenderloins in a shallow roasting pan and pour the mixture over them. Roast for 30 minutes, turning midway through. Cook until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Let stand 3-5 minutes before slicing.
